carrot, onion, taro root, jimica root…
Chinese egg roll shells and Vietnamese rice paper (Banh Trang)
salt, sugar
bean thread (optional)
shallot (optional)
black pepper (optional) – we skip it if there are kids eating or the weather is too hot.

Egg Roll is also called Spring Roll in many restaurants.
